Mary Jacobs is a former lawyer and ESL teacher. She is working on her first novel, and has hoards of unfinished short stories languishing on her laptop. She grew up outside of Washington, DC, and has lived in Virginia, Philadelphia, Italy, Chile, Denver, and California. When she tires of writing, she plans to open a gelato truck.
